This fund is a large cap core fund that combines multi-managers into a single style-specific fund.  Each manager invests 130% of its assets in U.S. stocks it believes will outperform the market and sells short 30% of its assets in U.S. stocks it believes will underperform the market.  The resulting net exposure of the fund is 100% long.

Wilshire combines managers with both a quantitative and fundamental investment approach.  The fund normally invests at least 85% of net assets in large cap securities with market capitalizations consistent with the Dow Jones Wilshire Large Cap Index™.
